TOUR ELIGIBILITY GUIDELINES |

If
married both husband and wife must be between
the ages of 23-65 with a valid Government
issued ID or passport. |

If married,
both husband and wife must attend the tour
together. |

Married
couples must have a gross annual household
income of $50,000 or more. |

If you
are cohabitating with a partner, proof of
same residence (document showing the same
address) and a Government DI. Is required,
the couples must have an annual household
income of $50,000 or more. Both partners
should attend the tour together. |

Singles
persons, SORRY NO SINGLE MALES (constitutes
never married, divorced, widowed; single
does not constitute separate) should be
between the ages of 30-65 and should have
an annual income of $50,000 or more. |

After
the complimentary meal, you must attend
a 90 minute sales presentation. |

You must
speak fluent English OR Spanish. |
| • |
Two forms of ID are required
upon check-in for tour: The first, a Government
issued ID or passport. The second, a checkbook,
major credit card, or debit card as form of
identification. Only a credit card is acceptable
for non US residents. |

No "group" tours
will be accepted for this offer and families
requiring more than one room will not qualify.
Multiple parties in separate suites, traveling
together for the purpose of work, visiting,
or vacationing together will be disqualified. |

This offer not valid for Westgate
owners, referrals of owners, Westgate employees,
and their immediate families. |

and are subject to availability. We will
make ONE date change for you for free; any
additional date changes or resort switches
require a $15 scheduling fee paid to Discount

business days prior to arrival do not require
a penalty. |

Prospects
who fail to check-in to their resort or
hotel on the date confirmed will be charged
a “no show” fee as follows :

$60 fee for a Deluxe Hotel Room. |

Failure
to qualify and attend the 90 minutes sales
presentation will result in a penalty in
addition to the promotional offer. The guest
authorizes Discount Florida Inc. to charge
all penalties on the guest’s credit
card in the event the guest fails to attend
the 90 minutes tour. Penalty rate is as
follows:
• $60 per night for a
Deluxe Hotel Studio. |

ownership plans. Nightly rates and vacation
package prices do not include FL State hotel/resort
tax, which ranges from $2 to $15 per night
depending on the suite selected. All taxes
are paid by the guest, at the Resort. Guest
will also be required to present a credit/debit
card for a fully refundable, authorized
deposit to cover long distance phone calls,
pay-per-view, and other miscellaneous room
charges.
